Wedding photo sharing that finds every guest
A five-function Indian wedding easily crosses 8,000 photos. With SpotMe photo sharing you upload once, the couple gets every photo in your folders, and each guest gets only the photos they are in from a single selfie.
Free forever on 10 GB. Every feature on every plan.

At a glance
99.99% accurate matching
Measured on real weddings: side profiles at the pheras, dim sangeet lights, heavy jewellery, bridal makeup.
Originals, not previews
Guests download the full-resolution file or a 2048 px mobile copy. Your watermark, if you set one, is on both.
Priced by storage
Free on 10 GB. No per-photo credits, no guest caps, and every feature on every plan.
Haldi to reception, in one delivery
An Indian wedding is not one event. It’s a haldi in the morning, mehendi the same afternoon, a sangeet that runs past midnight, the pheras, and a reception for 1,500 people. Your folders already reflect that, so SpotMe keeps them.
Drag in the whole wedding, folder structure and all. A single upload can hold 40,000+ photos in JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF or WebP, and it is resumable, so a dropped hotel Wi-Fi connection picks up where it stopped instead of starting over.
When the upload is done, you click Find faces. SpotMe goes through every photo, recognises each person and groups their photos together across all five functions. We email you when it’s ready, and from then on any guest can find themselves.

One gallery for the couple, another for every guest
The couple and their guests want different things, so they get different links.
The couple gallery
The master link opens the full wedding, function by function. The couple can mark favourites (synced across their phones and laptop), browse a people view to see every photo of Nani or the college gang, and pick photos to share with all guests, like the family portrait on stage. More on the couple gallery.
The guest gallery
The guest link shows each person only the photos they appear in, plus anything the couple has shared. The bride’s cousins from Pune never have to scroll past 6,000 photos of strangers, and nobody sees a photo they aren’t in. More on the guest gallery.

How the link travels through the family
Most guest links end up in the family WhatsApp group, usually forwarded by the couple the day after the wedding. A guest taps it and:
- Enters their name and mobile number, and gets a one-time code on WhatsApp (SMS if WhatsApp fails).
- Takes one selfie, with a face guide that even the aunt who never installs apps can follow.
- Sees their photos about a second later, sorted by function.
Nothing to install. On the same phone next week, the gallery opens straight away without a second selfie.
For guests who aren’t in the group, print the same link as a QR code on table cards or the welcome board. Our QR code photo sharing page has placement ideas, and the free QR code generator makes one in a minute. If you’d rather tell guests yourself, WhatsApp delivery sends a “your photos are ready” message.

Full resolution, and a price you can explain to a partner
Every photo is stored exactly as you uploaded it. Guests and the couple choose between the original (full resolution, for prints and frames) and a mobile copy (2048 px, quick to forward). Read more about original quality.
Pricing is by storage, yearly:
- Free: 10 GB, forever.
- Standard: 500 GB for ₹17,000 a year (regular ₹20,000).
- Pro: 1 TB for ₹22,000 a year (regular ₹25,000).
As a rough guide, at about 10 MB per edited JPEG, a 6,000-photo wedding takes around 60 GB. Standard holds roughly eight of those at once, and because storage is reusable, deleting a wedding once the couple has downloaded gives the space straight back. There are no per-photo credits, guest limits or WhatsApp fees to add up. The savings calculator runs the numbers for your season.
Getting married? Ask your photographer for SpotMe
SpotMe is used by photographers, so the gallery comes through them, under their studio’s name. If you’d like your guests to get their own photos without anyone forwarding 200 pictures at a time, ask your photographer whether they deliver with SpotMe photo sharing.
If they don’t yet, they can start on the free plan and our team will set up their first event with them. A few things worth asking any photographer about delivery:
- Will guests get the original files or compressed copies?
- Can we see every function in one place, with our favourites saved?
- How soon after the wedding do you usually upload?
Our post on how to share wedding photos with guests covers the options honestly, including when a shared Drive folder is enough.
Wedding photo sharing in your city
Studios across India, Canada and the USA deliver with SpotMe. We’ve written city pages with local detail for the places we work most:
Shooting a wedding somewhere else, or abroad? The product works the same anywhere guests have a phone browser. See destination weddings for palace and resort weddings where guests fly home the next morning.
How it works
Upload the whole wedding
Drag in every function with its folders. Uploads resume after a dropped connection.
Click Find faces
SpotMe groups each person’s photos across the wedding and emails you when it’s done.
Send two links
The couple link goes to the couple. The guest link goes to the family WhatsApp group or onto a QR code.
Guests take a selfie
About a second later they see every photo they are in, ready to download in full resolution.

From photographers using it
“Couples love having a folder for each function. Haldi, mehendi, sangeet, pheras, reception, all separate. One bride sent me a voice note at 1 am saying she had been scrolling for two hours.”
Krupa PanchalKrupa Panchal Photography, Anand, Gujarat “I used to make separate Drive folders for the bride’s side, the groom’s side, college friends, office friends. Now it’s one link. The bride’s mother told me it was the first family wedding where she didn’t have to forward photos to anyone.”
Nirali ShahNirali Shah Studio, Surat, Gujarat “The sangeet alone was around 3,800 photos and I was dreading the “bhaiya, where are my photos” messages. I dropped one link in the family WhatsApp group. By next morning most guests had downloaded theirs, and two of them asked for our rates.”

Common questions
How do I share wedding photos with all the guests?
Upload the wedding to SpotMe, click Find faces, then send the guest link to the family WhatsApp group or print it as a QR code. Each guest takes a selfie and sees only the photos they are in.
Can guests find their wedding photos with a selfie?
Yes. A guest verifies their mobile number, takes one selfie and gets every photo they appear in about a second later. Our face recognition is 99.99% accurate on real wedding photos, including side profiles and dim light.
Do guests need to download an app to see wedding photos?
No. The guest and couple galleries open in any phone browser from the link. Only photographers use the optional SpotMe Studio apps.
Can I share wedding photos with guests using a QR code?
Yes. The guest link can be printed as a QR code on table cards, welcome boards or invitation inserts. Guests scan it after the wedding to reach their own photos.
Will the couple see all the photos while guests see only theirs?
Yes. The couple’s master link shows every function and folder, with favourites and a people view. The guest link shows each guest only their own photos plus anything the couple shares with everyone.
Does sharing wedding photos this way reduce their quality?
No. Originals are stored as you uploaded them, and every photo can be downloaded at full resolution or as a 2048 px mobile copy. If you set a watermark, it appears on both.
How much does a wedding photo sharing app cost?
SpotMe is free on 10 GB forever. Standard is ₹17,000 a year for 500 GB and Pro is ₹22,000 a year for 1 TB, with every feature on every plan and no per-photo or per-guest charges.
