How an Udaipur wedding runs
Most Udaipur weddings follow a three-day rhythm. Guests land at Maharana Pratap Airport or drive in, there is a welcome lunch, a mehendi with a lake view, a sangeet in a courtyard, the pheras at sunset on a terrace or ghat, and an after-party that runs late.
Guests are often split across two or three hotels. The families come from Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Dubai and London, and the photographer usually travels in too. A 300-guest wedding can still produce 8,000 to 10,000 photos, because every function is a production.
The checkout problem
By Monday afternoon, everyone has gone home in different directions. Chasing them later through a dozen WhatsApp groups is how photos end up never delivered.

Can guests get their photos before they leave Udaipur?
It depends on your edit. If you upload from the hotel on the last night and click Find faces, you can share the link before checkout. Photos are never published live during a function.
Will uploads work on hotel Wi-Fi?
Yes. Uploads are resumable, so they continue after a dropped connection, and you can close the laptop and carry on later.
Our studio is not from Udaipur. Does that matter?
