In a busy season the same wedding passes through many hands. Two shooters cover the haldi and mehendi, a third joins for the sangeet, the editors split the functions, and the manager is the one the family calls.
Team accounts give each of them their own login under your studio, with roles that match the job:
- Owners see everything, including billing and leads across all events.
- Editors create events, upload and manage galleries for the weddings they are assigned.
- Viewers can check progress and share links, without being able to delete anything.
Several people can upload to the same event at once, each into their own function folder. Your editors in the studio can publish straight from Lightroom Classic with the Lightroom plugin, and you can check on every event from your phone with the SpotMe Studio app.
A yearly cost you can put in the budget
Credit-based pricing punishes the busy studio. Every extra wedding, every large reception, every full-resolution download chips away at a balance you have to watch and top up in the middle of November.
SpotMe charges for storage, once a year. Pro is 1 TB for ₹22,000. At 150 weddings a season, that is under ₹150 a wedding, and it doesn’t change whether a reception has 300 guests or 3,000.
Storage is reusable. When a couple has downloaded everything, delete the event and the space comes back. A family who books you for ₹6 lakh expects the studio’s name on everything, not a junior shooter’s personal handle.
Branding is set once at the studio level. Every event your team creates carries your studio name, logo, contact details and watermark. Connect a custom domain and every link reads photos.yourstudio.com. When a shooter leaves, the galleries, guest leads and client history stay with the studio.
Delivery that helps you sell the next wedding
Couples choosing between three studios at your rate are comparing portfolios that all look good. How the photos reach them, and their guests, is something they can feel.
Open a past couple gallery on your phone at the enquiry meeting: every function in its own folder, favourites synced between bride and groom, a people view of everyone who came. Then explain that each of their 800 guests will get only their own photos from one selfie. Many studios now list guest galleries in every package instead of selling them as an add-on.
After the wedding, guest leads give your sales team the names and verified numbers of every guest who opened their gallery. That is next season’s enquiry list, from people who have already seen your work.

How many team members can we add?
Team accounts are included on every plan. Add your shooters, editors and managers, and give each one the role they need.
Can several photographers upload to the same wedding?
Yes. Several team members can upload to one event at the same time, each into their own function folders.
Is 1 TB enough for 150 weddings?
Not all at once, and you don’t need it to be. Storage is reusable, so you keep current weddings online and delete older ones once couples have downloaded. If you need more online at once, talk to us.
Can clients tell the gallery isn’t our own software?
Your studio name, logo and watermark lead every gallery, and with a custom domain the links use your own address. Guests never see a SpotMe link.
