SpotMe was built for wedding photographers, and the same problem shows up at every large event. Planners running a 600-person pharma annual meet, a three-day leadership offsite in Goa, a product launch for a car brand or a 400-guest destination wedding in Udaipur all have the same problem: the photography is excellent and almost nobody sees their own photos.
You may have your own photographers, or hire a studio for each event. Either works. Run the SpotMe account yourself and have your photographers upload through team accounts, or ask the studio you hire to deliver through SpotMe under your brand.
Conferences, offsites and launches
At a corporate event, attendees want two things: a good photo of themselves on stage or with the CEO, and something to post on LinkedIn. They don’t want to hunt through an album of 4,000 photos to find it.
Put a QR code on the lanyard or at the registration desk. Delegates scan it, verify their number and take a selfie. Once the photographer uploads after the event and clicks Find faces, each delegate sees only the photos they appear in, ready to download in full resolution. See corporate events for more.
Privacy matters more here than at a wedding. An employee can only ever see photos they are in, plus anything you choose to share with everyone. Selfies are never stored, our face recognition runs on our own servers in India with no third-party AI providers, and every photo link expires after an hour. Destination weddings with guests from three countries
A destination wedding planner manages flights, rooms, transfers and four functions across three days at a palace hotel. Guests arrive from Mumbai, London and New Jersey, and leave just as fast.

Branding for the client, numbers for you
For a corporate client, the gallery should look like theirs. Set the event name, logo and watermark to match the client, so every downloaded photo carries their brand, not ours. Connect a custom domain and links can open on an address you control.
After the event you get the numbers a wrap report needs:
- Unique visitors, so you can say 412 of 600 attendees opened their gallery.
- Downloads per photo, to show which moments mattered.
- Most viewed photos, useful when the client wants images for their internal newsletter.

Common questions
Can the gallery carry our client’s branding instead of ours?
Yes. Set the name, logo and watermark for the event to match the client. Every downloaded photo carries the watermark you choose.
Do attendees see photos of other people?
No. Each attendee sees only the photos they appear in, plus anything you choose to share with everyone. The full set is only on the organiser’s link.
Do photos appear during the event?
No. Photographers upload after the event or function and click Find faces. Guests see their photos as soon as matching finishes.
We hire different photographers for each event. Does that work?
Yes. Add them to your account as team members for the events they cover, or ask the studio you hire to deliver through SpotMe under your brand.
Where is attendee data stored?
On AWS in Mumbai, India. Selfies are never stored, face data is never used to train models, and photo links expire after an hour.
