Your studio’s name on every photo that travels

A wedding photo gets forwarded dozens of times in its first week. With SpotMe the gallery leads with your studio, and your watermark goes along with every download, so the photos keep introducing you long after the reception.

Free forever on 10 GB. Every feature on every plan.

At a glance

  • Your brand leads

Studio name and logo at the top of every couple and guest gallery. SpotMe stays in the background.

  • A watermark you control

Upload a transparent PNG and set its position, size and opacity. It appears on original and mobile downloads.

  • On the Free plan too

Branding and watermark aren’t an upsell. Every plan has them, including the free 10 GB.

Where your name shows up

Follow one guest from the family WhatsApp group to their camera roll and count how often they see your studio:

  1. The landing page. Before anything else, they see the couple’s names, the event date and your logo.
  2. The gallery. Your studio name and logo sit at the top while they scroll through their 86 photos.
  3. Your contact details. Right there in the gallery, so the cousin who is getting engaged next winter knows how to reach you without asking around.
  4. Every download. Your watermark is on both the original and the mobile copy, so the photo on her WhatsApp status still says who took it.

The couple’s master link carries the same branding. When the bride shows the gallery to her friends on her phone, it’s your studio they see.

A watermark that doesn’t spoil the photo

Upload your watermark as a PNG with a transparent background, then set three things:

  • Position, so it sits where it suits your style and stays clear of faces and jewellery.
  • Scale, so it’s readable on a phone without taking over a full-size print.
  • Opacity, so it’s present but not loud.

A white mark at around half opacity works on most wedding frames. Check it on two extremes before your first event: a bright haldi photo full of yellow, and a dark pheras frame lit by the fire. If it reads on both, it will read everywhere.

The watermark is applied to the copies people download. Your stored original is never changed. There are more practical tips in our guide to watermarking wedding photos.

Change your logo without rewriting old weddings

Studios rebrand. You might change your logo in March, or move from a signature to a wordmark.

SpotMe takes a snapshot of your watermark for each event the first time that event is processed. After that, profile changes don’t touch it. Your new logo goes on new events, and the weddings you already delivered keep the mark the couple saw. A bride who downloads twenty photos in December and twenty more in February gets a matching set.

The same applies in reverse: an event first processed before you set a watermark stays without one. So set your watermark before your first upload.

Why SpotMe stays quiet

Couples remember who photographed their wedding, not which software delivered it. That’s how it should be.

Our name doesn’t sit above your logo, and it never appears on the photos guests download. The gallery is plain and dark so your work does the talking.

This is also good business. Ask any studio where its bookings come from and a good share will be people who saw photos from someone else’s wedding. Every watermarked download that ends up on a status is a small ad for your studio. We wrote about putting that to work in turning wedding guests into bookings. If you want the gallery address to carry your name as well, see custom domains.

How it works

  1. Add your studio details

Enter your studio name and contact details, and upload your logo in your profile.

  2. Set up your watermark

Upload a transparent PNG and choose its position, scale and opacity.

  3. Upload your next event

Every gallery and download from that event carries your brand, for the couple and every guest.

From photographers using it

  • “The watermark sold it for me. Every photo a guest downloads carries my logo. After two weddings in Navsari, three enquiries came from people who saw those photos on someone’s WhatsApp status.”

  • “I care about how it looks. The gallery is clean, my logo sits at the top, and there’s no big third-party branding shouting over my work.”

Common questions

Is the watermark on the full-resolution download too?

Yes. When you set a watermark, it appears on both the original and the mobile download. The original file in storage is never changed.

Are branding and watermarking really included on the Free plan?

Yes. Every plan has every feature, including studio branding and watermark. Plans differ only in storage.

What happens to delivered galleries if I change my logo?

Nothing. Each event keeps the watermark it was first processed with, so old galleries stay as the couple knows them. Your new logo appears on new events.

What kind of file should my watermark be?

A PNG with a transparent background. Make it large, around 1,500 pixels wide or more, so it stays crisp on full-resolution downloads.

Does SpotMe put its own logo on my photos?

No. Downloads carry only your watermark, and the gallery leads with your studio name and logo.
