Wedding QR code generator
Paste your gallery link, pick a colour and download a print-ready code for the welcome board, table cards or thank-you notes. It works for any link, not only SpotMe.
Paste your SpotMe guest link, or any link. Shorter links make simpler, easier-to-scan codes.
- Print it at least 3 cm wide, larger on welcome boards read from a distance.
- Keep dark on light. Light codes on dark backgrounds fail on many phones.
- Scan the printed proof with two different phones before the full run.

QR code questions
Is this QR code generator really free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark on the code, and the code never expires because it points straight at your link.
What size should I print a wedding QR code?
At least 3 cm wide on table cards and thank-you notes. On a welcome board read from two or three metres away, go for 15 to 20 cm.
Can I put a QR code for my photo gallery on the invitation?
Yes, as long as the link stays the same after the wedding. A SpotMe guest link is fixed when you create the event, so you can print it weeks ahead and it opens the gallery once photos are ready.
Will the QR code still work if my link changes?
No. A QR code is just your link in a pattern, so if the link changes you need a new code. Print the final link.
