Event photo sharing where every attendee finds their own photos

The problem at a 600-person annual meet or a nine-night garba is the same as at a wedding: thousands of photos and nobody can find themselves. SpotMe photo sharing turns one link into a private gallery for each attendee, matched from a selfie.

Free forever on 10 GB. Every feature on every plan.

Speaker presenting on stage at a conference

At a glance

  • One flow for every event

Upload, click Find faces, share a link or QR code. The same steps work for a conference, a concert or a school annual day.

  • Built for big crowds

Unlimited attendees and face searches on every plan. A 5,000-person crowd costs the same as a 50-person dinner.

  • A verified attendee list

Every attendee who opens their gallery leaves a name and a verified mobile number, ready to export as CSV.

The same three steps, whatever the event

You shoot the event as usual. Afterwards:

  1. Upload the full set, in folders if you like (Day 1, Keynote, Awards night). A single upload holds 40,000+ photos and resumes after a dropped connection.
  2. Click Find faces. SpotMe recognises every face and groups each person’s photos together. We email you when it’s done.
  3. Share one link. Put it in the attendee email, the society WhatsApp group or on a printed QR code. Each person takes a selfie and sees only the photos they are in, about a second later.

SpotMe is built for delivery after the event, not live streaming during it. For most clients the morning after is what matters, and that is what this does well.

Corporate events, concerts and races

Corporate events and conferences

Annual meets, dealer conferences, product launches and offsite trips. Employees get their own photos instead of a 4 GB Drive folder, and the client sees your branding on every one. See corporate event photo sharing.

Concerts and festivals

Thousands of fans under coloured stage lights. Fans find themselves in the crowd shots from a selfie, and every download carries your watermark. See concerts and festivals.

Marathons and sports

Runners want the photo of themselves crossing the line, not 30,000 photos of other runners. SpotMe matches by face, not by bib number. See marathons and sports.

Schools, temples, garba nights and family celebrations

Schools and graduations

Convocations, annual days and sports days, where every parent wants photos of one child. See schools and graduations.

Religious and community events

Temple festivals, satsangs, community weddings and samaj gatherings, often with elderly guests who won’t install anything. See religious and community events.

Navratri garba

Nine nights, 2,000 people a night, coloured lights and everyone in similar chaniya cholis. One of our Ahmedabad photographers tested SpotMe on about 11,000 garba photos and heard of one missing photo. Garba is covered on the religious and community events page.

Birthdays, engagements and anniversaries

Smaller events work the same way, and a 200-photo birthday fits easily on the free 10 GB plan. For engagements and the full wedding, see wedding photo sharing.

What changes when the crowd is mostly strangers

At a wedding most guests know each other. At a concert or a marathon they don’t, so privacy matters more.

  • Each attendee sees only their own photos. Nobody can browse the full event or search for someone else’s face.
  • Matching stays inside one event. A selfie is compared only with that event’s photos, then discarded. Selfies are never stored.
  • Our own models, on our own servers. No photo or selfie goes to an outside AI company. More on security and privacy.

One honest limit: face recognition needs a face. A runner hidden behind another runner, or a fan facing the stage with their back to you, won’t be matched. Photos where people are visible, including side profiles and dim light, match at 99.99% accuracy.

What you can offer organisers and agencies

Event clients judge you on how professional the delivery looks. On every plan, including Free, you get:

  • Your studio name, logo, contact details and watermark on the gallery and every download. See branding.
  • A verified attendee list with views and downloads per photo, useful for the client’s report.
  • Team accounts with roles, so a second shooter can upload without your password.
  • A custom domain if the client would rather see photos.yourstudio.com than ours.

If you shoot for event companies week after week, our page for event agencies covers running many events at once.

How it works

  1. Upload after the event

Bring in every photo, in folders by day or session if you like.

  2. Click Find faces

SpotMe groups each attendee’s photos and emails you when it’s ready.

  3. Share one link or QR code

Attendees take a selfie and get only their photos, under your brand.

From photographers using it

  • “We also cover a pharma company’s annual meet, about 600 employees. Everyone had their own photos the next morning. Their HR team now asks for it at every event.”

  • “Navratri garba is chaos for face matching: 2,000 people, coloured lights, everyone in similar chaniya cholis. I tested it on our society’s nine nights, about 11,000 photos. Out of the guests who used it, one person said a photo was missing. That’s it.”

  • “Speed is what guests notice. Selfie, and the photos are just there. Nobody waits around, nobody calls me.”

Common questions

What is the easiest way to share photos with event attendees?

Share one link or QR code. With SpotMe, each attendee verifies their mobile number, takes a selfie and sees only the photos they appear in, so nobody has to scroll a shared folder.

Can attendees find their photos from a selfie at a corporate event?

Yes. After you upload and click Find faces, any attendee can take a selfie and see their photos about a second later. It works in any phone browser, so there is nothing to install.

Does SpotMe work for marathons and sports events?

Yes, it matches runners and players by face, not by bib number. A face needs to be visible in the photo, so a runner completely hidden behind someone else won’t be matched.

Can photos be shared live during the event?

No. SpotMe is built for delivery after the event: you upload, click Find faces, then share the link. Most organisers want photos the next morning, and that is what it is designed for.

Is there a limit on how many attendees can use it?

No. Every plan includes unlimited attendees and unlimited face searches, and WhatsApp verification codes are included at no extra cost.

How much does event photo sharing cost?

SpotMe is free on 10 GB forever. Standard is ₹17,000 a year for 500 GB and Pro is ₹22,000 a year for 1 TB. You pay for storage, never per photo or per attendee.
