A private gallery for every guest

Nobody wants to scroll 6,000 photos to find the eleven they are in. With SpotMe, each guest opens your link, takes one selfie and sees only their photos, under your studio’s name.

Free forever on 10 GB. Every feature on every plan.

Two friends in red and ivory lehengas posing together

At a glance

  • One selfie, about a second

Guests point their phone at their face and their photos are there. No account, no password, no app.

  • Only their photos

Each guest sees the photos they appear in, plus anything the couple chooses to share with everyone.

  • Your brand on top

Your studio name and logo lead the page, and your watermark is on every photo they download.

What a guest actually sees

The link usually arrives in a family WhatsApp group the day after the wedding. A guest taps it and lands on a page with the couple’s names, the event date and your studio logo.

From there it takes three steps:

  1. Name and mobile number. We send a one-time code on WhatsApp, with SMS as a backup.
  2. One selfie. A face guide shows them where to look. It works with glasses, bindis, heavy jewellery and dim light.
  3. Their gallery. “Hi Meera, we found 86 photos of you.” Every function, sorted, ready to view.

If they come back next week on the same phone, the gallery opens straight away. On a new phone they verify their number again and SpotMe remembers their match, so there’s no second selfie.

Wedding guest lists run from 8 to 80. We test every screen with the people who find apps hardest: large buttons, plain words, no menus to get lost in, nothing to install.

The gallery works in any modern phone browser, including older Android phones on patchy 4G. Photos load as light previews first and sharpen as they come in, so even a farmhouse wedding with one bar of signal feels quick.

Full-resolution downloads, two ways

Every photo can be downloaded as:

  • Original, the full-resolution file you uploaded, for printing or framing.
  • Mobile, a sharp 2048-pixel copy that is quick to save and share on WhatsApp or Instagram.

If you set a watermark, it sits on both, so every photo that ends up on someone’s status still carries your name. You can also switch original downloads off for an event if you’d rather sell prints.

Private by design

A guest only ever sees photos they are in. They can’t browse the rest of the wedding, and nobody can search for someone else’s face.

Selfies are never stored. They are turned into a face template, matched against that one event, and discarded. Our face recognition runs on our own servers with models we trained in-house, so no photo or selfie is sent to an outside AI company. Read more on our security and privacy page.

From photographers using it

  • “Three-day wedding at a farmhouse near Sanand, and the network was so bad guests couldn’t even open Instagram. I uploaded from the studio the next evening and sent one link. Even the elderly relatives managed the selfie without calling me, which honestly surprised me.”

  • “I used to make separate Drive folders for the bride’s side, the groom’s side, college friends, office friends. Now it’s one link. The bride’s mother told me it was the first family wedding where she didn’t have to forward photos to anyone.”

  • “The sangeet alone was around 3,800 photos and I was dreading the “bhaiya, where are my photos” messages. I dropped one link in the family WhatsApp group. By next morning most guests had downloaded theirs, and two of them asked for our rates.”

Common questions

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The guest gallery opens in any phone, tablet or laptop browser from the link you share. There is nothing to install and no account to create.

What if a guest is in very few photos?

They still get every photo they appear in, even in the background of a group shot. If the couple marks photos as shared, those appear for every guest too, so nobody opens an empty gallery.

Can a guest see photos of other people?

Only photos they are in, plus anything the couple has chosen to share with all guests. The full event is only visible on the couple’s private link.

What happens if the match misses a photo?

Our face recognition is 99.99% accurate on real wedding photos, so misses are rare. If a guest thinks a photo is missing, they can retake the selfie in better light, and you can always share any photo with them directly.

Is there a limit on how many guests can use it?

No. Every plan includes unlimited guests and unlimited face searches. A 2,000-guest reception costs the same as a 50-guest haldi.
