Storage you can use again and again

Plenty of delivery apps count every photo you upload, and a used credit stays used. SpotMe sells you space instead. Once a couple has their photos and you delete the event, that space is yours again the same minute.

Free forever on 10 GB. Every feature on every plan.

At a glance

  • Priced by space, not photos

Upload the full 6,000-photo set, not just the selects. No per-photo credits, guest caps or face-scan limits.

  • Delete and it comes back

Remove an event and its storage is free again immediately. No waiting for the next billing cycle.

  • No upload dies at 99%

A soft ceiling lets an upload that crosses your limit finish, so the last file of a wedding never fails.

How reusable storage works

Every plan is a size: 10 GB on Free, 500 GB on Standard, 1 TB on Pro. Each event takes up roughly the size of the photos you uploaded to it, plus a little for the light previews that make the gallery quick.

Delete an event and that space is released straight away. Your dashboard shows the new number before you’ve closed the tab.

So the plan works like a cupboard, not a ration card. A November wedding goes up, the couple and guests download through December, you delete it in January, and the same space holds a February wedding. Upload, delete and upload again as often as your season needs.

One honest note. Deleting an event removes it for everyone, the couple included. Give them a date, remind them to download their favourites, and then clear it. Most studios keep a wedding online for a month or two after delivery.

What a season looks like on each plan

These examples assume edited JPEGs of about 10 MB each, which is typical for a 24-megapixel camera exported at high quality.

Standard, 500 GB: a solo photographer

  • 30 weddings between November and March, around 4,500 photos each, so about 45 GB a wedding.
  • That’s roughly 1,350 GB uploaded across the season, close to three times the plan.
  • Each wedding stays online for about a month after delivery, then gets deleted. At the busiest point in December, about nine weddings are live at once: around 405 GB.

It fits, with room for a few engagement shoots alongside.

Pro, 1 TB: a studio with two teams

  • 40 weddings at around 7,000 photos (about 70 GB each), plus 20 smaller events such as ring ceremonies and corporate dinners at about 15 GB each.
  • That’s around 3 TB uploaded across the season.
  • Weddings stay online for six to eight weeks. At peak, about twelve weddings and a handful of smaller events are live together: roughly 900 GB.

Free, 10 GB

About 1,000 photos. Enough to deliver a real haldi or engagement to real guests before you pay anything.

Your numbers depend on your camera and export settings. A 45-megapixel body exporting at full quality can double the file sizes above, so check the size of one of your own wedding folders, or try the storage calculator.

An upload never stops on the last file

It’s 11 pm and you’re at 470 GB of 500. You start uploading a 40 GB reception and go to bed.

With a hard limit, that upload stops at 500 GB with a few hundred photos left, and you wake up to a half-delivered wedding and a decision about what to delete before breakfast.

SpotMe uses a soft ceiling instead. An upload that takes you past your plan finishes, so the gallery is complete. Your dashboard then shows you’re over, and you can delete an older event or move up a plan when it suits you. Nothing a couple or guest is looking at breaks in the meantime.

Why we price by storage

Per-photo pricing quietly changes how you work. When every upload costs a credit, photographers start sending only the selects, and the cousin who was in the background of 40 candids never sees them.

Storage pricing removes that sum from your head. Upload every usable frame, give every guest their photos, and keep an eye on one number. Every plan has every feature, including unlimited guests, unlimited face searches and WhatsApp codes for guests at no extra cost. The only difference between plans is space.

We’ve written up the maths in more detail in per-photo credits vs storage pricing. Current prices are on the pricing page.

What’s included that others charge for

Every plan, including Free, has all of this. You only choose how much storage you want.

  • Original files, in and out

Upload full-resolution JPEG, HEIC or TIFF. Guests download the original or a mobile copy, never a squashed preview.

Usually elsewhere:Resized to around 2,000 px, with full resolution as a paid extra

  • No limit on photos

40,000+ photos in a single upload. You pay for storage, never per photo.

Usually elsewhere:Plans priced by photo count or credits

  • Storage you can reuse

Delete an event and its space comes straight back. Upload, delete and re-upload all year.

Usually elsewhere:Used-up uploads stay used up

  • Unlimited guests and face searches

A 2,000-guest reception costs the same as a 50-guest haldi. WhatsApp OTPs are included.

Usually elsewhere:Guest caps, scan limits or per-message fees

  • Every feature on every plan

Watermark, branding, couple gallery and guest leads are on Free too. Plans only differ in storage.

Usually elsewhere:Branding and watermark locked to higher tiers

  • A real gallery for the couple

Every function in your folders, synced favourites and a people view, separate from guest galleries.

Usually elsewhere:One shared gallery with a privacy toggle

  • Our own AI, on our own servers

In-house trained models, no third-party AI providers. Guest selfies are never stored.

Usually elsewhere:Worth asking where your clients’ faces are processed

From photographers using it

  • “Storage reuse is the real thing for me. I keep the current season online, delete older weddings once couples have downloaded, and the space comes back. I’m on Standard and haven’t come close to filling it.”

    Ravi ChauhanRC Clicks, Bhavnagar, Gujarat
  • “Pricing was easy to explain to my partner. One yearly amount, no counting photos. We shoot about 35 weddings a season, so it works out to a few hundred rupees a wedding.”

Yash ModiYash Modi Photography, Vapi, Gujarat
  • “On my old app full-resolution downloads cost extra, so I only uploaded the selected photos. Here I upload the full set, around 6,000 for a normal Rajkot wedding, and I don’t think about it anymore.”

Jignesh BhattBhatt Digital Studio, Rajkot, Gujarat

Common questions

When I delete an event, how soon do I get the space back?

Immediately. The storage is released as soon as the event is deleted, and your dashboard shows the updated figure straight away.

Is there a limit on how many photos or events I can upload?

No. There is no cap on photos or events, only on total storage. You can upload more than 40,000 photos in a single upload.

What happens if an upload takes me over my storage?

The upload finishes. SpotMe uses a soft ceiling, so a wedding never fails on its last few hundred files. You can then free space by deleting an older event or move up a plan.

How many weddings fit in 500 GB?

At about 45 GB per 4,500-photo wedding, around ten at once. Because space comes back when you delete events, a solo photographer can comfortably deliver 30 or more weddings a season on Standard.

Does deleting an event affect the couple’s downloads?

Photos they have already saved are theirs to keep, but the gallery link stops working for the couple and guests. Give them a date and a reminder before you delete.

Are there any extra charges besides the plan?

No. There are no per-photo credits, guest caps, face-scan limits or WhatsApp and SMS fees. You pay the yearly plan price and that’s it.
