Every family finds their photos, even in a crowd of thousands
Nine nights of garba, a ten-day Ganesh utsav, a samuh lagna with forty couples. Thousands of people, similar outfits, and a committee that wants every family to get their photos. SpotMe matches each person by face, from one selfie.
Free forever on 10 GB. Every feature on every plan.

At a glance
Similar outfits, still matched
Matching is by face, not clothes. Rows of chaniya cholis, white kurtas or matching sarees don’t confuse it.
One link for the whole samaj
No app and no account. Elders open the link on their own phone, verify with a WhatsApp code and take a selfie.
Each family sees only theirs
Guests see the photos they appear in. The full set stays on a private link with the committee.
Ganesh utsav and society functions
A ten-day Ganesh utsav has a different crowd every evening: the sthapana, the daily aarti, the cultural programme, and the visarjan procession on the last day. Society annual functions and Holi celebrations have the same shape, with lots of families and lots of children.
Folders keep each day separate, so a family that only came for the visarjan finds those photos in one place. The committee can share the photos everyone wants (the murti, the decorated pandal, the group photo) with every guest from its private link.
Jain and Swaminarayan community events
Samaj and sangh events bring families together from across the city, and often from abroad. Elders, children and NRI relatives all want their photos, and many of them won’t install anything new.
SpotMe works in any phone browser. Guests enter their name and number, verify with a code on WhatsApp (SMS as a backup) and take one selfie. Large buttons and plain words make it manageable for the grandparents, and families abroad get the same link as everyone else.
Every mandir and sangh has its own guidance on photography during certain rituals. SpotMe only delivers what you photograph, and the committee decides what is shared with everyone.
Samuh lagna: forty couples, one event
At a samuh lagna, forty couples take their pheras on the same day, each with their own family around them. Sorting those photos by hand takes weeks.
With SpotMe, each family takes a selfie and gets the photos they appear in, from the varghodo to the vidaai. The committee keeps the full set on its private link and can share the group photos with every family.
If a couple also books you for their own coverage, create a separate event for them so they get a full couple gallery of their own.

How it works
Create the event with the committee
Add a folder for each night, day or couple, and agree who on the committee holds the private master link.
Upload after each day
Upload from your studio or home. Uploads resume if the connection drops, and a single upload can hold 40,000+ photos.
Click Find faces
SpotMe matches every face in the new photos. Families who already searched see them on their next visit.
Share one link with the samaj
Post it in the society or samaj WhatsApp group. Families verify their number, take a selfie and download.
From photographers using it
“Navratri garba is chaos for face matching: 2,000 people, coloured lights, everyone in similar chaniya cholis. I tested it on our society’s nine nights, about 11,000 photos. Out of the guests who used it, one person said a photo was missing. That’s it.”
Pooja MehtaPooja Mehta Weddings, Ahmedabad, Gujarat “We shoot big Gujarati and Marwari weddings in Mumbai, often 1,500 guests. Families used to ask for a pen drive for each side. This replaced the pen drives.”

Common questions
Does matching work when everyone wears similar outfits?
Yes. SpotMe matches faces, not clothes. Our face recognition is 99.99% accurate on real wedding and event photos, including dim and coloured light.
Can elders use it without help?
Most can. There is nothing to install: they open the link, enter a WhatsApp code and take a selfie with a face guide on screen.
Can the committee share photos of the aarti or the pheras with everyone?
Yes. The committee’s private link has every photo, and any photo marked as shared appears in every guest’s gallery.
Will photos appear during the garba itself?
No. Photos are delivered after you upload and click Find faces, usually the next day. The same link then shows each new night’s photos.
How is a big community event priced?
By storage, not by guests. The Free plan has 10 GB, and Standard is ₹17,000 a year for 500 GB, with unlimited guests and face searches on every plan.
