Know who saw your work, and how to reach them

A 600-guest wedding puts your photos in front of 600 people, and plenty of them will have a function of their own in the next few years. SpotMe tells you who they were, with a verified mobile number and a record of what they saved.

Free forever on 10 GB. Every feature on every plan.

At a glance

  • Verified, not typed in

Each number is confirmed with a one-time code on WhatsApp or SMS, so you don’t get mistyped or made-up numbers.

  • What each guest did

First visit, photos matched and photos downloaded for every guest, plus your most viewed and most downloaded photos.

  • Yours to export

Download the guest list as a CSV whenever you like and open it in Excel, Google Sheets or your own CRM.

What you get for each event

To see their photos, every guest enters a name and mobile number and confirms it with a code we send on WhatsApp, or by SMS if WhatsApp doesn’t get through. That step is what keeps each gallery private, and it also gives you a clean guest list.

For every event, your dashboard shows:

  • Guest name
  • Mobile number, verified by OTP
  • When they first opened the gallery
  • How many photos they were matched to
  • How many photos they downloaded

Above the list you’ll see total unique visitors for the event, the photos viewed most and the photos downloaded most. Export the whole thing as a CSV whenever you want it.

What the numbers tell you

The most-downloaded list is usually a surprise. It’s rarely the stage portrait you spent ten minutes lighting. More often it’s a candid from the sangeet, the bride’s father mid-laugh, or the cousins’ group photo by the photo booth. That’s useful when you pick photos for Instagram, suggest an album cover, or decide what to put in your portfolio.

The guest list tells a story too. Someone matched to 200 photos is close family. Someone who downloaded 60 of their 70 photos liked what they saw. Those are the people worth remembering when you plan your next offer.

None of this needs a spreadsheet habit. The top photos and the guest list are right there in the event.

Following up without being that studio

Guests gave their number to get their photos, not to join a promotions list. Treat it that way and it works well. Treat it like a broadcast list and it backfires, in a community where everyone knows everyone.

What tends to work:

  • One relevant message, a few weeks later. A pre-wedding shoot offer for the cousins and friends who are clearly next in line, or a family portrait offer before Diwali.
  • Something personal. “You were at Riya and Karan’s wedding in December” lands far better than a generic flyer.
  • An easy way out. If someone asks you to stop, stop, and take them off your list.

What doesn’t: adding 600 people to a WhatsApp group, messaging every week, or sharing the list with anyone else. More ideas in turning wedding guests into bookings.

From photographers using it

  • “You get every guest’s name and verified number. I didn’t think much of it until we sent a small Diwali offer to past wedding guests and booked eleven pre-wedding shoots from it.”

  • “The sangeet alone was around 3,800 photos and I was dreading the “bhaiya, where are my photos” messages. I dropped one link in the family WhatsApp group. By next morning most guests had downloaded theirs, and two of them asked for our rates.”

Common questions

Do guests know their details are shared with me?

Yes. Before the selfie step, guests are told that their name and number go to the studio that photographed the event, and they agree before continuing.

Can a guest enter a fake number?

Not and still see their photos. Every guest has to enter the one-time code sent to that number, so every number on your list is real and belongs to the person who used it.

What’s in the CSV export?

Each guest’s name, verified mobile number, first visit time, number of photos matched and number of photos downloaded. It opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

Can I message guests from inside SpotMe?

SpotMe can send the “your photos are ready” message on WhatsApp for you. For offers and follow-ups, export the CSV and use your own WhatsApp Business account or CRM.

Is there a limit on how many guest leads I get?

No. Every plan includes unlimited guests, so every guest who verifies their number is on your list.
